  • Postpartum doula services include newborn care education, feeding and breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery support, emotional encouragement, light household assistance, meal preparation, baby-related tasks, and guidance as you navigate the early days and weeks of parenthood.

    12 hr package- $420 

    Great for families needing extra support & guidance in the early stages of postpartum. 

    20 hr package- $700 

    Ideal for families wanting consistent support while adjusting to newborn life & establishing routines. 

    40hr package- $1400

    Comprehensive postpartum support for families wanting ongoing care, more newborn education, and help navigating the transition into parenthood.

Evidence-Based

My background includes experience as an EMT, two years as a Patient Care Technician in oncology, and two years working in mother-baby care. I am certified through Doula Alliance and hold dual certification through CAPPA. I am a certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula
